If you're are interested in women of below "a certain age" avoid the AM brand = they have no clue what it is and if interested in motor vehicles would espress an expressed preference to the Porsche brand.

Sad us boomers = so out of touch with the ***** that we think we can pursue...
I guess that is why she is referred to as your "first wife?"

Updates. Drove a 2009 Vantage auto-manual last PM and that was definately a totally different animal than the 2007 car. Liked it...in fact liked it so much that I almost bought it (did the purchase order and everthing and got set to wire funds). Ride was better, visibility worse, e-manual okay but NOT as good as PDK but liveable. Exhaust note...OUTSTANDING. Looks..to die for!

So...it came down to rationality...reason..and tangibles in the end! But the prudent need to sell my Carrera C4S 1st and also the subsequent difficutlies in keeping this car up to the standards it both deserves and needs and which I like in my cars ultimately made me have to pull the deal. I am still on AD military service and will be moved to a new location next summer where easy access to a service/dealership may very well likely be a problematic issue...add that to a car fax with an accident hx and other intangiables and I think the Aston while very nice and something different than the Carrera would be more involved and problematic (at least now) ownership wise.

So this AM my C4S was sitting there waiting for me in the early AM chill. Started her up..turned on the heat and away we went...and thus for now that's how it goes..gotta pass on the Vantage for now. Thanks for all the help/advice guys! Really made a difference.
