Default Wrong tire size?

I'm in the middle of changing over to winter tires and I noticed that my rear tires on my 19' Turbo wheels are 295/30/19 instead of 305/30/19. I have a 09 Targa 4. Is this a major problem? I have already driven ~5000 miles and havent noticed any problems. Thx

295 and 305 were both used depending on the wheels for the widebody 997. Not sure which were supposed to come with your vehicle but I think you are fine with the 295s. Realistically, you probably have better balance with the 295s and less understeer versus 305s.

I think you have the right size - 295/30-19 is standard on the Targa 4 - I believe it's option code 404 - Turbo wheels - 235/35-19 front and 295/30-19 rear.

Thank you. I was wondering because I see some of the new summer wheel/tire set ups I see on suncoast list the proper rear size for the Targa 4 is 305.

Sticker on the drivers side door jamb will tell you what tire size was on the car from the factory.

I just went with 305's for the first time vs the usual 295's. I'm not sure if it's the tire or not but on certain roads I feel the car being pulled side to side slightly.....any input?
