I recently posted pictures of my Dectane tail lights, purchased from Frank at Orange Tuning in Germany. I love them and they work great and the smoked finish works well with my white 997. The problem:
Orange sent clear lenses at first. When I informed them, Frank asked me to repackage them and forward them to a gentleman in the US via a reputable service and he would send me the smoked set I had ordered and reimburse me for my costs. At least he did the former, but he has ignored numerous email requests to reimburse me for my postage costs. I have found Frank to be responsive in the past but sometimes not quickly so I gave him a few reminders over a two week period. Not a huge amount (~$20), but in the interest of full disclosure, some may find this information useful.
