Am I entitled to a pro-rata refund of some kind for the tire/wheel insurance on my '08 cab that I'm trading on a new GTS?
Anyone have experience with this? It was purchased through the dealership where I bought the car.

Most likely - read your paperwork, it will tell you how to do it. Or call the finance guy at the dealership.

I was, as long I did not submit a claim. Traded in an X5 with the W&T package and check is in the mail.

I have traded several cars with the wheel and tire insurance and gotten a refund every time. I'm assuming you got the insurance through you PORSCHE dealer
