Exhaust note getting louder?
I have the standard exhaust on my 997.1 and recently noticed an increase in sound. Anybody experienced this? 30k miles. If it keeps increasing it will save me the Gundo hack or a Borla. Nice.

I've just notice that on my '08 997.1s as well. Started recently at 48K miles but I thought it might just be my own perception. No one else drives it so I can't get a 2nd opinion.

it's always hard to discern a gradual change, esp with sound, but i'm pretty sure my '06S sounds more...throaty, or something since i bought it. 
to bolster my theory, i track a lot and have heard that this can do a number to the muffler baffles (hey, fine by me as long as it sounds good!). it def sounds a bit louder/better than others i've seen at the track with my same model.

Burning Brakes
As my 997 nears 16,000 miles, I can definitely tell the PSE is getting louder. It is starting to break in a bit and I love the deeper/louder exhaust note.
