In bay area. Prices definitely inflated at dealers. $17 doesn't break bank just didn't know my question broke a rule.

prices in the bay area are DEFINITELY inflated - the good thing is there are a lot of cars around here too

don't discount buying elsewhere in the country (I did) and my car was virtually new, CPO'd thru 2014 and trailered to me, included as part of the purchase price

also, everything is for sale - just depends on what you want and/or what you'll settle for
