Low oil pressure at idle when hot

A lot of theory here and good stuff. Mine did the same, low pressure at low RPM. During agressive runs on hot days my temp would get close to 250f.
Checked the oil level, it was at midpoint.
Did an oil change and service which I do every 5 k miles or once per year. Problem went away. Therefore, could be as simple as the oil foamed during your DE.
Have an oil change and see if it changes?
I now do my oil changes in late spring so I have fresh oil for the summer. I also added a 3rd and center radiator so the oil does not get as hot anymore.
