Default oil return pipe

Hi all,
I cleaned last week the throttle body of my 997 MY05.
It was quite dirty of oil coming from the oil return pipe (on the left of the Throttle body).

I wonder if it possible to detach this pipe from the throttle body in order to avoid oil in the intake manifolds. And then put a filter at the end of the pipe to reduce the emissions.

Will I have any problem for the engine?

thanks

I would imagine a CEL will come on within seconds of starting the engine.

Uhm, I don't think so.
I don't think there is any electronic check on this pipe.

The question is if this pipe is needed or is just for emission control, that can be controlled in another way without sending the dirt in the engine...
