I did mine myself and also did the mirror mount triangles, I think it all make a big difference, but to pay $1500-$2000 is quiet a profit for porsche to make on this simple process

AWESOME!!!!! Great job!

What was the hardest part or the process removing or painting or re-installing the parts?

Thanks. I think the wheels were made for a white car. My 08 was black and although beautiful, it was too boring for me. I think the car pops better in white.

the hard part is always the prep. trying to get everything thoroughly sanded and making sure it is all perfect before you can put and coat on it. Got all the parts on and off in a couple hours. But its no big deal.
The harder part was the front grills , have to take the bumper off to get them off. I did also attempt to change the 4 turn signal bulbs to chrome But turned out the bulbs are odd and none available in chrome. But I was able to paint them w/ silver paint and it turned out ok. I am a bg fanatic on turn sig bulbs, color matched headlites and marker lites.
the mirrors had to be completely dissambled to get the triangles off. that was a few hrs job. Much longer than to paint them.

Man what a great looking car - the Fuchs make it too! Love that. Tell me how you like the new PTM - I assume you may have had an earlier 4S? Have you and if so how does it compare?

I know you had fun - took my 993 up in the north GA mountains and there are a lot of roads just like that north of Dahlonega. Best day driving I've ever had! Good for you!

I used to have an 08 C2S, this is my first C4S. You can definitely feel a difference with the all wheel drive. The front end on the C2 is light, especially when low on fuel.

The DFI engine feels stronger, but mostly more responsive than the previous model. I'm happy with my switch.
