Similar situation happened to me in my Porsche here in the US in a school zone. Got a Veyron the next year.

I got a ticket for 62 in a 55 (freeway) back in 1978 in Kansas! This was after living in Germany and having no speed limits for the longest time! Kansas sucks! I think it's felony there now.
