Great car, along with the arrive, buy, and drive it home story. Love these adventures.

Beautiful car. I know those roads well; a very fun break-in ride. I looked at the photos pretty carefully, and I'm not sure I see ClearBra. If you don't have it, you're gonna quickly become one very unhappy guy living here in Colorado.

Clearbra is being taken care of next week. I was fortunate enough to make it through the road trip with no damage

Monument, Colorado? Nice town. I'll see you on 105 North of Palmer Lake and Hwy 83. 2007 C2S, Atlas Grey. For your clear bra use Action Line, 719-577-9988. A great guy.
Loved your story. Thanks.

Nice story. I took my 07 T4S from LA to Vancouver and back 3 years ago, and just loved the bonding experience on the long trip, and stretching the car's legs where possible (and safe). Ran mine up to 140 once (GPS speed, not Odometer). I'm not a fan of those speeds due to unforeseen events, but the car was so solid. I also did the same trip in my current cab a year ago. Everyone should take their Porsches on a long trip periodically. They are a blast and so comfortable. It isn't something you can easily do in an R8, Lambo, or Ferrari as they have no space for luggage, especially if there are 2 people. These P-cars are amazingly fun and useful at the same time.
Thanks for sharing your experience.

Thanks for the story. Great pictures. I have always wanted to do just that. Find my car somewhere a good drive away from me and drive it home. Congrats and enjoy.

Regards,
James

Great tale. When I bought the 09 C4S in 2009 it looked like I was going to buy one in LA and then drive it back. But that car was sold out from under me. Ended up buying one from CT. Decided to ship that one. After your story I am wishing I had been a bit quicker on that LA car! Congrats.

Yep - I live in Woodmoor. You'll see me buzzing around town - I'll be on the lookout for you. I will call Action Line Monday - thanks.
