I found a samsonite bag that will fit nicely. It does not fit vertically, but fits in nicely when it is on the side. It is a right fit and I am a bit concerned that the wheels on the bag will scratch the sides of the trunk.
Next time my brother visits, I will ask him to bring this make/model of bag so that is fits nicely.

As mentioned, the key on the left will become second nature to you. It took me awhile to get used to when I got my first Porsche. Now when I rent cars while on the road for work I'm poking the key into the dash looking for the ignition

On hot days I open the rear lid when garaged as it facilitates engine cool down. Push down the tab on the latch to extinguish the engine bay light. You'll have to hit your rear lid release to close it.
