Thumbs up FVD Brombacher on an 09 Carrera 3.6L

Hello everybody. Just wanted to share this video I made of an FVD Bromabacher Street Sport PDK muffler mated with a 3.6L engine. Let me know what you think of the sound. Thanks.

Beautiful pipes and mufflers and it sounds nice, but I prefer a more guttural sound. Maybe it's just tougher to achieve that with the DFI engines.

It weighs 42 lbs. The stock muffler set weighs 54lbs. 12 lb. weight savings.

They also claim +18hp gain, which is felt but I have'nt dynoed my car to confirm.

I'm glad you liked the sound! There is a video in you tube with this system on a 3.8L. Just search. Thanks

Vic

Hi, if you want you can always try the Fabspeed Valvetronic Mufflers and X-pipe (USA manufacture).
See in http://fabspeed.com/carrera_2009.html is perfect and add 20 hp and a lot of torque at medium regime.
