I experienced three incidents with a huge white plume after being parked on a sloped street next to a curb.. Car was close to operating temp and had sat for 5-10 minutes. As the miles on the last oil change piled up the oil level dropped a notch and the problem has not reoccurred. I read elsewhere on blogs that you should tell the tech to add 1/2 quart low. I'm doing that at the next change.
