Ever since I tracked my 2008 cab S, after the brakes get even a little warmed up, they send off a very loud screeching noise. I have been told that I overheated the pads at the track and the only solution is a new brake job. Only have 15,000 miles and prefer not going this direction yet - expensive. Any other ideas/others with similar issue?

You might have glazed pads or they might be toasted now. Pads are cheap and the work is easy to do.

mdrums may be right.
You could try a couple of hard stops to clean off the glaze. From 50-60mph and let the ABS to kick in.
Since you've been on the track you know how to do this safely.
Please make sure you're alone on the road when you do this.

Need more information, but to jump to the conclusion you need a brake job is premature. How are the rotors? Thickness of pads? There are times when I'm experimenting with new pads and the rotors get glazed up good and it takes 2 weeks of street driving to polish off the pad material from the rotors.
