I am looking at a 2006 C2S with aerokit that is certified from a Porsche dealer for $49,000. I have 2 questions:

(1) No. My car has 53k and it is still tight as a drum
(2) This will apply if you are buying from a Porsche dealer who starts the CPO - if you buy from a private party, the CPO started when the dealer he bought it from originated the warranty. YMMV, ask!
As always, do a PPI at another shop and check the DME (welcome to post it here if you like) - do NOT accept excuses on this.
