Default GT3 RS Envy

Nice drive last Sunday, but I am amazed at how the GT3 RS makes a C4S look so tame. The C4S looks pretty agressive by itself, but around those cars, not so much.
I may be getting the GT3 fever ! LOL

I love the looks but I do wish Porsche offered the trim in Silver/Black instead of the bright colors.

It's gorgeous, but it definitely SCREAMS, "Hey! Look at ME!"
Not my favorite attribute in a car.

You are right on! I don't use it for the gym and grocery because of this.

As for slower than Panamera turbo S, also right on, but somehow I am very willing to pay MSRP for my RS, but will not consider the Pan turbo S even with a big discount. I think I'm getting old, as pure straight line acceleration don't excite me anymore.

Panamera has never been anything I would consider, no matter how fast it is , or will be.

Now the Cayenne Turbo might be a choice if I needed a SUV at some point in my life.

The GT3RS is a beautiful car--no doubt! Great for anyone who races. As you know, I like blending in with the local populace.

At the Long Beach Grand Prix Sunday--we attracted a lot of Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini automobiles--and several MB McLarens. (The Lambos were the most colorful--no surprise).

One of the über rare Stirling Moss SLR Mercedes McLarens showed up.

Yeah, you "blend," Dan.
Just like Joe Pesci in "My Cousin Vinny."

As much as I appreciate the GT3 as the track tool, I get envy whenever I see a turbo...

Actually I think seeing them right next to each other like that makes the C4S look even better. It just looks so understated and classic in comparison. I love the 3RS, but it just looks kind of tacky. If I ever got a 3RS I think the first thing I would do is try to make it look more like the C4S.

Now, that engine, hubba hubba ...

The new trim accent bright colors are terrible.

The GT3 without the graphics looks very nice in my opinion, but the RS is really something when you walk up on it.

The GT3/RS is a pure hardcore driver's car, it may look flashy, it may not be as fast at a light, but it's pure automotive nirvana that can only be appreciated by a skilled driver.

It's a great race looking car, however, total COP MAGNET! I had a guy in our last track day who said cops literally follow him to catch him going 10mph over speed limit.

Really? Bring one to a track and see which is faster!
