Thanks, used Meguiar's NXT TECH WAX 2.0. I switched to this last summer and have been very impressed with the results.

Blue cabs--they're my favorite!!

That sure looks like New England! Glad the sun has returned. Of course, don't take the snow tires off until 15 May!

Darn, I need to go and figure out how to clean my car. I've never wanted to detail a car myself until I got the P-car.

Man that car looks hot! Looks like you don't have a swirl mark on it. When I look close, my 997 has nothing but swirls. Of course I bought it used, last summer. So no telling how it was taken care of. Any advise? Is it possible to get them out professionally?

^^^^^^
I do mine completely by hand, no machine. I had a BMW that was a similar color to yours which had bad swirl marks put in by a professional detailer that never did come out. I used a fine polish to make them look better, applied by hand. I won't touch my cars with a machine. Detailing by hand really lets me feel for any contaminants on the paint and give extra care to that area, plus I really enjoy feeling the lines and getting hands on with my cars.

Nicely done. I also switched to the NXT Nano and does a great job with the finish. And it is very easy to apply and buff.

I noticed the you were in a Cayman S for a while and then back to 911s. What was your experience like in the Cayman? I hear they are great but obviously different than the 911.
