I've got a set of Silver RS98's. The fronts are 9x19et53 , the rears are 12x19et63. No Bends or rashes, excellent condition. They are currently wrapped in 235/35/19 and 305/30/19 Michelin PS2's. The rears will need to be replaced soon. They are on my WB 997.1 Targa4 and the rears could use a 10-15mm spacer. See picture.

isnt a targa 4 wide body? are those offsets for a nb?

63et on the rear is the NB offset - that's what you wanted, correct?

Jhbrennan is correct, the wheels are for a NB, and Slickrick you are correct that the Targa 4 is a WB, I'm running NB wheels on a WB and I could use a 14-17mm spacer to bring the rears out.
