I am considering installing an aftermarket TPMS in my 2005 cab and was wondering if anyone had any experience or recommendations.

There have been some questions like this before and if I recall the suggestions were not to bother. I've had TPMS in the past several cars and don't need / care about it. Might try a search on "TPMS" and read up on the old posts. All TPMS systems are inaccurate and to add one would mean adding some sort of display on your dash, which may not look so good.
