Why do you care? If he pays your price let him roll it off a cliff if he wants! Besides, there are so many 997s its not like he'll be destroying something unique!
Just kidding man, do whatever you want. 
I assume he'll be needing you to wire him some cash up front because all he has for payment is a cashier's check written for 50 grand over your selling price, no?

If he paid the asking price, he could use it as a planter for his front yard for all I care. It's that he asked me to contact him if I 'significantly' lowered my price. I was just getting a kick out of it, that's all.
I googled the number because earlier that week my ex messaged me under the gmail address 911girlie@gmail.com and was messing with me attempting to be the girl of my dreams inquiring about my car. She actually had me going for a bit too... so now I'm a little more inquisitive of the responses I get to my ad.

The market is quite different here in Canada. There are only 3 cars priced lower than mine on auto trader at the moment and mine is the only one that's an 06 (updated IMS design) and the only one with CPO (1 full year remaining).
Even 996s are going for $30K up here! The down side is that its a smaller market and there aren't anywhere near as many buyers. I've got one guy I'm working with right now that will probably have a PPI done on the car.

LOL Yeah, plenty of pics. She isn't overseas though, she still lives in our house, with me. We just decided to part company a few months ago and have been civil enough to co-habitiate.
She is not a fan of the car and it was her attempt at being funny apparently.

She doesn't appreciate that it isn't just a mode of transportation and wasnt done for practical reasons. All that and it Took me away from her for 12+ weekends this summer while I was at a track or PCA event she had zero interest in participating in.
