2) Light Flywheel - No power gain, but power does not take time into account.

I know you said without S/C but Vivid racing has a deal right now.. 8500 for the s/c kit.. a full exhaust with a chip will cost you 6k..

ECU, 200 CEL Cats, and Air filter (K&N or BMC). Should cost around $2.5k.

LWFW is great as well, but labor will kill you

There's really nothing that you are going to go "wow" from. These cars are pretty much maxed out from the factory. Look at the OEM X51 package - it doesn't amount to much in real world gains.

On my 997.1S I tried a variety of things and in the end went with: Softronic software, X51 Headers, AWE 200 cell cats, and stock mufflers. Sounded great and was quicker as proven out by my TraqMate on the track. I did not want to do anything to the "internals", such as Flywheel and had bad experience with oiled filters, so swore off those.
