Default Buying a 997 in Hong Kong

With the new tax rate for new car, a new C2 with no option would cost US$215,772!

^Yes, car price and real estates are expensive in Hong Kong, but their income tax rate is super low, much less than 20%, but people still find ways not to pay it.

I heard from my friends that Singapore is worse. If you drives a Honda Civic there, you can drive a Porsche here.

Why would you have a car in Singapore? You can walk from one side of the island to the other in about the same time it takes to drive.
