Hi guys,

My PSE on my 2008 carrera S is stuck in the closed position (quiet). This is the 2nd time in 3k miles. I have warranty but its a hassle to take it to the dealer. Any simple fix? I tried to disconnect the orange sensor but it stays quiet. Any input is appreciated. I wish it was stuck in the open position b/c thats how I always drive it. Thanks.

Your dealer can make it stay in the "sport" mode (loud) at all times. I'd opt for that when you take it back in.

There's also a way to disconnect via vacuum hoses - you might check that. Search and you'll find some pictures so you know what you're looking for.
