Default Price Opinion - What is this 06 worth?

Hi Everyone - I sold my Wimbledon Green 996 2 years ago and I've been regretting it ever since. I'm ready to go grab a 997, CPO. What do you think the linked car (2006, Black/Tan/16k miles, NAV) is actually worth? I'd really prefer full leather and a stick but the asking price looks about right and the miles are low.

Any opinions are appreciated!!
Thanks!

Price seems reasonable. But if you'd prefer a manual, get one. There are many out there for sale. Don't compromise. You should be able to find a manual for the same price range.

Actually on reflection, I think the price is too high. Probably mid 40's is a better number.

A little hard to say without knowing all options ( at least I couldn't find them in the ad). Assuming average options, if this was a 6 sp, I'd say $50K is fair, but I'd say 5% less for a tip, so around $47.5K.

Thanks. My dream was to find a cobalt blue cab with stone full leather interior, nav and the triangle steering wheel instead of the round one but can't seem to find one in this price range anywhere. It's so difficult when you're trying to find something specific! I might just keep waiting and looking.... Anywhere to search besides ebay/cars.com and the porsche site itself?

I would consider that price high because it's a very average car, plus it has the less desirable Tiptronic tranny.

Beige as an interior is difficult to keep looking good. The slush finish stuff may be worn or WILL wear, unless there is more leather in it than I would believe.

A friend of mine bought a nicely optioned 06 S coupe about 2 years ago for $50K so you are paying more than top dollar for that one.

Prices on these vary considerably because the options list is so extensive. Hold out for a loaded car. That's very below average (for a car) but way above average in price, IMO.

Cabs are always worth less than hard tops, plus the Tip is a big negative.

Just my, very low level, opinion, but I've looked at Reeves a number of times over the last couple of years....few bargains there. That's not to say their cars are not nice, but as I've perused the classifieds, these look pretty high. Good Luck!

Almost 5 yrs old (model wise anyway), probably sold new for maybe 90s, cut that in half and it may be in the mid 40s. Plus TIP and base car (standard leather from the photos).

I was scanning dupontregistry the other day for fun and there are loads of cars in all types and prices there. If you would prefer a stick, you should spend more time looking around - I don't see anything super compelling about that particular car - beyond the fact that it's a Porsche, but any 911 you find will have that feature.

Thanks everyone. I think I'll keep looking. Not interested in paying too much for a car with too little! Glad I asked!

I don't agree about cabriolets being less than coupes--it's the other way around. (Unless you live in Detroit).

Should be closer to 47K. Get a manual dude. If you buy an AUTO, you will miss out on 80% of the fun in a Porsche.
