My RS5 review

Thanks for the writeup. I like the interior too. But it can't keep up with an M3, so I'd rather go for the M3 in that price range (and for other reasons). Maybe a nice DD if your 911 is more of a recreational car like mine is.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but I think that the Panamera is a much better looking car than the RS5. I do! The RS5 is just your average jelly-bean sedan. I did not like the Panamera when I first saw the development mules, but once the car was released it quickly grew on me, and many people I know. And I am not a sedan guy.

Well done write up and beautiful car. I love Audis; I have an '06 S4 wagon with the V8 and it has been one of the nicest cars I've owned. All that said, I'd rather have my Carrera S and a Panamera, than my C2S and an RS5.
Nice as it is, I just don't see the RS5 as real substitute for a Carrera, so there's no way I would trade my 911 for one. And already having a 911 would make the Panamera a more practical choice as a stablemate than another coupe, IMO. (If I was in the market for an M3, OTOH, I would definitely consider the RS5 instead.)
If someone hates the Panamera's looks, obviously that's a problem. Personally, I liked it from the first time I saw and sat in one. It looks better and better every time I see one on the road and I appreciate that it's styling doesn't copy everyone else. Sorry, Alex.
