Default What tire pressure for R888 for snowy track day? (video)

Check it out!

First half of the morning was a snowy track day. The drive up looked like christmas. Snow covered cars/lawns/trees.

By the time I took the video most had melted but you can still see quite a bit. Best part was all the power the car developed with that fresh cold air! I was getting up to about 210KMPH on the speedo where before I wouldn't get past 198KPH.

Despite the weather, we put some pretty quick/fun laps down.

Snow!!!! It was 90 degree here in Tampa today.

Anyway I use R888 and they do not like anything really above 38 hot...According to the Toyo website 38 Hot is mox but with our cars on a hot track and hard driving I have found that with the R888 due to stiffer side walls than RA1's that 35f/36r work really well.

Here is the hot south I start out at 27f/r and bleed from there. For a cold climate like you are in you might want to start out at 30 f/r do a few warm up laps and then 2-3 hot laps and check them.

Hey Adam - is the C2 all stock now or did you put some of the "go faster" bits back on ?

Cargraphic lowering springs and pagid pads. Oh, and my apathy seat, but I don't fit with a helmet on otherwise.

Seat coming out this week and winter tires going on!

Ha ha. Well the video is from the second session and some of the snow melted. You can still see some though. If you look at the main building you see it all covering the roof!
