I saw that Eric from BumperPlugs was providing good technical support to everyone with the Dension Gateway 500 on Rennlist so I sent him a request for help with mine.

Even though I didn't purchase from him, he responded within minutes to my late-night e-mail and guided me through a process that got me exactly what I needed.

I was so happy that I immediately purchased the Bluetooth (BTA1500) adapter for the GW from him.

Eric even cut me a deal on it.

I'll go out of my way to shop from BumperPlugs.com before I go anywhere else.
