As a former Corvette owner, I can say that the ZR-1 is the 500 lb gorilla in the room, where the Porsche is the James Bond. Both have the muscle to get the job done, but one has a bit more 'finesse' than the other.

That, and frankly, the Corvette should have won.. it has 130+ HP and gobs more torque than the P-car.

Great cars.. both. I'd love to own one of each.

I think the review does a nice job of showing that the old belief that Vettes are fast in a straight line but can't go around corners is just way off mark now.
