Will driving in 3rd gear at about 55 mph, I happened to notice that my oil pressure, was at 4.5. When I came to a stop, it dropped to about about 1.5. Taking off again, in jumped back to 4.5 at around 55. I don't remember this ever happening before. Before I take it to the shop, I thought I'd check if this was normal behavior.

Correct behavior. If you had shifted up at the same speed it should come down as revs drop. The boxer needs higher oil pressure when revs climb.
