Most GT3 buyers today opt for the PCCB setup. Some time back a friend of mine who has several P-cars including a GT33RS mentioned that a GT3 without PCCBs would be unsellable. Perhaps that's what we're seeing.

If I hadn't just waved in the 997.2 Carrera S, that would suit me just fine, PCCB or not.

Not sure about that many GT3 owners that also like to track their cars end up preferring the versatility of not having PCCB. The question of converting back to steel rotors comes up often. When I was in the market for a GT3 i was specifically looking for non PCCB.

I agree, for track use, PCCB = over priced consumables with no discernible advantage
