Nice Tony!

Good to see you're getting your money's worth out of your new car.

Have any good stories to share from the trip?

This was a carefully planned trip, mostly avoiding freeways and picking twisty mountain roads. The objective was 'driving' and handling. The roads were great from that perspective. However, many road surfaces, while acceptable are the usual crummy CalTrans output - poorly graded, undulated surfaces with ridges and an endless canvas of painted tar wiggly tar lines and its accompanying vibration. Ca108 (sonora Pass is quite good though. CA49 has some good surfaces, but many crummy ones - the curves though are Ring-like.

Nevada has excellent roads tough - they know how to build them and maintain them (roads as well travelled as ours). Along Tahoe's Nevada shore I turned on PASM Sport - the road was that good and the suspension control breathless.

The car performed flawlessly.

Tony--thanks for adding the route image. Next you should highlight with pointers where each photo was taken! There's nothing like a road trip on the backroads of America. As you and others have no doubt discovered, America is generally in a hurry, leaving the backroads fairly empty and the interstates/freeways clogged and rougher. (Trucks do a lot of damage).

Awesome!

I often think about shipping my car out to CA just so I can drive around the West Coast a few weeks.

I hope many have heard Sally Carrera in 'Cars' by Pixar.

Great pics.
Your next trip should be down to Paso Robles and Cambria and up through Big Sur with as much as possible along the 1.
That's my favorite loop and weekend-able - I think I've done it about 6 times in the last year with the P-car.

Awesome! Nevada has some of the most lovely roads and views. Ask me how I know

Your C2 in White looks fantastic. And you picked some very scenic roads to drive. Glad you got to get out and explore Tony!
