Default New Fuchs-type wheels

My dealer says they're only available for 2009 and later C4/C4S cars. Shouldn't they also fit the 997.1 C4s too?

They should fit any widebody 997 2005-2011 and any narrowbody if the chassis is lowered with at least -2 deg camber in the rear.

The latest issue of Christophorus (factory magazine) claims that the factory OEM Sport Classic wheel (albeit CAST) is now available in all offsets, to include fitment on the narrow body 997 cars. I understand them to be dimensionally the same as the Carrera Sports--8.5 in front, and 11.5 in the rear.

I would love a set, but I've been quoted $7800--way too dear, I'm afraid.

Wheels and Tires from Suncoast - $5500.

But I think I may prefer the Fuchs version - only WB for now, but they also claim other sizes coming...time to start saving those pennies!
