I had no luck finding that on forums but want to try again - could anybody give some pointers on this process?

I am not quite sure what should be dismounted there, did not yet even take plastic pieces off to investigate. I see a lot of parts there in the mid of the car.

Will sway bar simply swirl out or does it require to disconnect all the hoses etc?

after you remove the under trays, from what i can tell...you have to drop the subframe crossmember in the front to get to the bar. i think (??) this means it will require an alignment after. you also might need drop links depending on what sways you have. the back is easier, just a few bolts, drop out old, replace with new.
