While looking around, I am coming across 89K+ asking for 09 models of C4S with good options... is this the going rate? if not, what's fair price for pre-owned 997.2s with good options at this point?

What one can expect to be a fair price for this car or ones similar to it? This is only 10K below MSRP and as far as I've seen people bought new cars at these prices.

take another 10k off for a slightly used 2009 and go for it

 

MSRP-15 for new? that makes sense to expect another 10K for used.

If you search hard enough you will see 09's for $15-22K off sticker. Some dealers are still showing them at list. For used I would think minimum of $30K off sticker.
