"Still no word on the potential price of this eco-monster, but it will likely top out at over $250K — probably more like $350K."

I thought I read somewhere (Panorama?) that it was going to be much more than that - Carrera GT range (or more) and they wanted 1000 in sales. When will it be out - we're still a ways off, I'm assuming.

$250K would be very reasonable price but unfortunately most likely that thing will hit $500K mark.
such cars are usually priced completely insane, they probably aren`t very interested to build a lot of them.

I remember that as well. One of the executives said it would be priced over the Carrera GT and will be very small production number vehicle. I thought he said they would be ecstatic if they sold 1,000 of them.

All I know is I'd surely rather have one of these than a Lexus LFA.

I can't see that car, with that technology, for less than $1,000,000. It's more advanced than the Veyron and while its technology will transfer to other cars, it won't be made in enough quantity to be much cheaper.
