You are all very lucky to have those garages, only the great and good have garages like that in the UK!

For the record mine leaks when it rains is full of junk and I would rip it down if I didn't have a sneaking suspicion that it's keeping the rest of the house up!

i was thinking about epoxy for the flooring but after seeing everyone with the diamond/waterproof type flooring, i think im going to go that route - any advice for an easy DIY or am i better off hiring someone to do it?

Mine is a "racedeck-like" tile made by a local company in Toronto. http://fastflor.com/ It all snaps together and took about 4 hours to install (including moving crap around in the garage) Total cost was less than $1000 CAD.

Look at the plates that is Arkansas. They are lucky to have a stackable garage. Most folks in ARK park under the house or pull it around (house)with their truck
