OC Ben a bit caustic sometimes in his posts (mostly because we see so many of that same postings with few bothering to do a simple search) but knows a lot about cars. His objective perspective and guidance is missed. (The forum moderators were not clean on this one, themselves).

He's doing OK elsewhere but no longer here. I think he's an OK guy.

I'm sure I've missed some of his posts but sadly I recall him saying he was selling his car.

I guess his own bad karma caught up with the prickly character. He lost his OC house in foreclosure AND couldn't afford his car anymore.
Proves to me you can't be mean-spirited with people no matter how nice and informative you may be to others.

Actually, there was much more to it than that.

you know what happened to him,
this looks like a shameless troll
OC Ben made some really useful posts and it is a shame he had to go, but lets not stir it all up again.

THAT is totally uncalled for....especially from someone who has not been in this community very long.
Mind your manners or go elsewhere.

I'm sorry to have offended you. It DOES bother me and I regret it. My intention was not to cause trouble.
Point is: Law of Karma is infallible. Look it up. Things just don't "happen" to people. People MAKE things happen to themselves.
Also, the specific information about OCben's misfortune is a matter of public record here. That's how I found out.

Could not agree more. I follow his posts on reutterworks from time to time.
