FWIW (sorry to be a buzz killer) These cool gadgets might be outdated. Presumably rechargeable units exist so the driver never suffers grabbing for a flashlight only to find the batteries are dead. These days you can just put lithium batteries in your favorite ordinary flashlight and enjoy their confidence-inspiring infinite shelf life.

your probably right, but having the porsche sign and that nice blue light, and lastly knowing that its a posche design thingy is enough... these days you can get a prius to get from 1

BMW includes a rechargeable flashlight in the glovebox from the factory. I have never used it since I also have a 4D maglite that I carry in each of my cars. But that's more for "protection" than for light
