Default how significant is the offset

ok, another offset question - after much searching, it would seem that putting these wheels on a C2S puts the wheel very close to the outside of the fender, threatening to rub. i really, really like these new wheels.

New Wheel Information:
8" x 19" Offset: ET57
11" x 19" Offset: ET51

2009 997C2S Information:
8" x 19" Offset: ET57
11" x 19" Offset: ET67

questions:
  1. is my data correct
  2. any pics/ experience of putting the 67 offset wheels on a NB car with spacers?
  3. if i have to roll
the fenders, i think i will, they're very cool new wheels

those will fit fine, what size tire is the better question..

305 will work fine on that, wider=no..
51 isnt high when on 11...

btw our fenders are already rolled for the most part... no blunt edges to worry about.

front wheel is going to be well under the fender, but wont look bad...

11+51 isnt anywhere near extreme.. if it was 12+51 then ur right on the line of reason with a 325.

I second rijowysock, 11x19 +51 will fit without rubbing on 295s. It is same as fitting 16mm spacers on those wheels.

I've put C2 wheels on my C4S with a 17mm spacer without any issues (opposite of your case), I guess the easiest way to figure it out, is to see how much room you got with the current wheel, you're gonna be wider by 16mm, so if you got more than, you're fine and I believe you do!
