What is the sunbeam like to drive?....I have heard they are lots of fun.

Still working on that issue. I have a lot of say in how the car sells, but the owner and I agree that we want to have a lot of say in how the car sells--to continue as a 'driver' and not just going into someone's collection of concours 356s. It's a sweet ride. We also would like to keep it a Santa Barbara car. It was probably the first '64 in town and was purchased from Gary Van Wyk--he was the VW dealer in those days.

It's no less practical than any other 911, except I scrape the front lip a lot more. It gets me to work, hauls the groceries, and turns a pretty fast lap at the track. What more do I need out of a car?

Lovely 356.
Joined the pcar club last summer when I traded the Audi TT for a C4 and A4 for a subie impreza. Our kids rock the back seat of the full tint, slammed, pimped out rolling toddlermobile that is our A6 avant. It's nice but on short trips they prefer Daddy's "Black Rocket" the C4. So do I but that avant is fun in the snow.

Hello all!
I'm not lucky enough to own a P-car (yet !) but I have the following:

Honda S2000 (2006) - Always bring a smile on my face
Renault Scenic (2004) - Daily driver (easier to bring the kids to school!)
Nissan Qashqai+2 (2009) - my wife's car

I hope to get my first P-car next year (hopefully a 996 4S Cab from 2004) but I'm stiff afraid of not having as much fun in the twisties than in my S...

Cheers!

Jean
