I recently picked up on second hand and noticed it's missing the "Tie Hook" (See Part #25) in Pic below. I emailed the manufacture but no response...

I'm thinking I can fabricate one but would like to get measurements for someone that has the same hoist. If you do would you please take measurements and post them?
