Just a reminder to 997 owners to be proactive about their drain holes in the aft area of the trunk compartment.

I read about the horror stories of 996 owners who don't have their cars maintained that well and one area that is routinely overlooked are the vents. These are near the battery and must be kept clear.

Since we are through the extreme Fall/Autumn period and several of you may be parking under trees, you need to get in there and check. If you have a single chop stick you can use it to probe and clear the drains.
