I need advise on how to remove the seatbelt surround trim. I am getting a slight creaking noise from this area. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

It unsnaps. There are no screws holding it in. Be careful by padding a screwdriver and the surrounding area and prying it out. Watch what happens as you start prying. Change your prying strategy depending on what you observe.
