Default 997.2 alignement specs?

Does anyone have the factory suggested alignement specs for 997.2?

Suggestions for improvements (street use mainly) would be welcome, it seems most people track their cars with much more camber and toe, but not sure what this does to the car for street driving/tire wear..

Not much you can do with the stock control arms. Maybe you can get up to -1 to -1.3 degrees of camber up front. Nothing you could do with stock suspension is going to be worse on the street. You'd probably have to go up to about -3 degrees up front to start causing unusual wear. I've been using about -2.3 degrees for years on my street / DE 997s and no problems whatsoever. Benefits are reduced understeer and crisper steering response.

Best advice is to have your local shop set the alignment - we really can't give you absolute values to plug in. Your shop will get as much negative camber up front as they can and the rest of the alignment will work from there.

Thanks a million!

That sounds very reasonable.

I assume i should go to about -0,5 to the rear than what i end up at the front is that correct?

You know, I really don't remember. If you do a search in this 997 forum on "Alignment 997.2" I think you'll find my specifications as well as others. Again, it's really up to the mechanic to make everything work together, so I've never heard of a "rule of thumb" of X at the rear based on Y up front.
