Default Has anyone ever tried an Exhaust named Milltek?

I noticed this exhaust was a big hit with 987 owners in the past. They have a product for the 997 but I was just curious if it was any good.

excellent results with a B5 Audi S4. I can't say anything about recent products! I remember it being pretty expensive, but well made.

As I see, some brands are of very high quality, but only popular in some segments

Milltek: excellent product, but mainly popular with VAG cars

REVO: same as Milltek...

Do you have a 997.1 or 997.2?

Does it sound Tubi like or more Porsche like? I am going to have to locate some sound clips and take a listen. Many say on the forums I am reading that the quality is excellent.
Interesting that no one here has mentioned it recently.

I'm on the 2nd Miltek cat back system on my Audi. The welds on the first one all broke after one year, but Miltek replaced the entire system under warranty. No further problems.

I have one on my 997 Turbo, it also came with the 200 cell cats. It's louder than stock but not too intrusive. The Turbo is a bit more difficult to improve the sound than a 997 s. I had the sport exhaust on my C4S and I liked having the ability to turn it on or off. If possible you should try to listen in person to different options. I bought mine from Stratmosphere.com and got a very good deal.

I cant tell online as of yet if they offer a version for the 997.2. I will make a call tomorrow to see if it is available.

The hard part is that I dont have anyone nearby thta has one available to listen to.

I have heard the Fabspeed on the S and thought it sounded excellent. I just don't like the Fabspeed tips, a bit too big for my taste. I'm able to use the stock tips on mine.
