spent an hour there while they dicked around with my 997 for PPI. not sure what the heck they were doing but i got fed up since they wouldnt let me near the service garage, walked to the service garage (2 blocks away in a seedy part of town) took my key which was on top of the car, drove off.

My friend got absolutely ripped there on a car that was suppose to be a 993 but was a combo of various cars,,mostly not 993's. My friend should have known better but Victory never disclosed it and never corrected the problems. BTY the cost for all of the repairs cost 1.5 times what the car cost him and it is still unreliable. Also it he couldn't sell it for what he originally paid for it even with the work done

Why do you buy stamped service books off of eBay and put them in your cars?
Why do you put service records in cars which represent service done on other cars?
Why do you play the shell game so often, as documented on this forum and others?
Why do you buy under several names on eBay and sell under others?
Why do cars appear on your website for months after they're sold?
Why do you need to pose as a satisfied customer on web forums?
Why do you deny knowing anything about common weaknesses in the various MY's when people ask if those issues were addressed?
Why do you have so many business complaints against you?
Why do you represent yourself as being in business for 27 years and 35 years depending on who asks and why not just tell people how many years VMC has actually been in business?
Why would you tell a national Magazine you sell 40 cars a month and have been for years while shipping most of them overseas when you're not selling 40 cars a month??
The big question for a buyer is..Do you want to do business with a company who needs to answer those questions above based on the FACTs of their history?

NEVER BUY FROM VICTORYMOTORCARS UNLESS YOU ARE TECHNICAL EXPERT AND HAVE CHECKED THE CAR THOROUGHLY FOR MANY, MANY HOURS ...
I bought a 993 from Mr. Neal, Victorymotorcars, last year and he did not tell me on purpose that the gearbox was already fixed in the past and that an additive gearbox oil was filled in order to reduce the noise (furthermore, one could see with the naked eye that the screws of the gearbox were already opend in the past - which must have been known by Victorymotorcars as the car had even been serviced by the company for many years).
In the end the gearbox had to undergo a thorough overhaul which caused an invoice of almost USD 7k.
Victorymotorcars must have been aware of the damage of the gearbox, however, sold the car without mentioning this problem - a lawyer uses the term "willful deception" for this.
Mr. Neal refused to reimbursement of any costs ("no warranty").
Buy anywhere - but not at Victorymotorcars! It cannot get worse! All that bull**** along the lines of ... "trust ... success not measured by profit but by exceeding your expectations ..." - unbelievable!

If any business ever touts their superior rating with the Better Business Bureau, at least you know they paid their dues (to the BBB).

Victory Motorcars
Here is my VMC story.
Called VMC on 2/20/2013 asked about a red 95 993, was told it was there in stock.
Commercial flight and rental car acquired.
Arrived 2/21/2013 was informed that car had been sold weeks ago.
Looked at other cars in the lot. I drove 3 different cars.
Decided to buy a 1996 993 with 66k miles.
This car drove great, but had been repainted years before.
Had a small area of the fender that had been reworked.
The magnet I carried showed no bondo. Had new tires and service completed.
Autocheck showed clear title, 3 owners.
Maintenance history and books were provided.
I was able to negotiate the very high price but still a little too much.
I was in no means pressured into the purchased of this vehicle.
I have done some work on this car and its very easy to work on.
Its been a great car and runs great!
Clear title in hand.
September 13 2014 decided to trade on a newer Carrera S.
That dealer used Carfax not Autocheck to check my car.
My Carfax report showed "Salvaged".
I also found out the maintenance books for my car were not for my car!
My fault for not noticing?
Contacted Robert Neal. Very elusive with his answers.
I contacted the National Insurance Crime Bureau (www.nicb.org).
I was informed Carfax was correct and Autocheck in error.
My only complaint is the vehicle was advertised as a clean Carfax, but I was provided with an Autocheck report. Also the maintenance book issue.
Many emails later I have started the process of filing complaints.
I don't expect much.
