How does it work? You got zapped by one. They mail the owner the ticket. If the owner wasn't driving the car, who get the infraction point? What if the car is owned by the company? Is it like a parking ticket, just pay and be gone? Do they use facial recognition to track you down?

Last weekend driving thru AZ, saw at least a doz of those mobile picture truck. Don't know if I got zapped. Just wonder if I did get zap, would it show up on my record since my company own the car. Please educate!
