Default OEM Sunshade?

Do you have this OEM sunshade (Part No. PNA-505-996)? Likes/dislikes?

I got the custom covercraft shade(just like the OEM) for my 997.2 and I love it.

Automotion has it for $70 and suncoast for $49 but on backorder. Dislikes...price. Okay, I am cheap thats why my sunshade came from pepboys...doesn't fit like a glove, more like a loose condom.

OEM...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..!!! Bought an OEM for my Cayenne from suncoast at a good price and quality is good too...The slipcase comes in handy for storing/protecting. Whenever I get my C4S or Targa ...I'll buy another from them.

If your going that far might as well go all the way and get a full cover..
Looks incomplete and odd to me.

Agreed. That will flap in the wind, not good. An internal windshield shade is practical, as it lowers the internal cabin temp quite a bit. For overnight parking when traveling I use a cover sometimes.

ADias is that the 996 cover? I thought people in an older thread said the fit was not 100 % when used on the 997. Is that the case, or am I thinking of something else?

It's listed under the Carlsen Porsche site for the 2005+ 911 models. I would like to know too.

kdurg and larrytrk, indicated that it fits fine on their 997s.

The part number is suspicious though - PNA-505-996. We need to learn if this is a 996 leftover or a new 997 fit.
