I spoke to Aaron (Suncoast) the other day and he told me that they would receive a new shipment next week, which will have 4-piece sets in other colors. Right now, the only color for 4-pc set is Stone Gray (for 997). I want one in black.

I too have found that, while thicker, nicer and custom embroidered, the Lloyds mats have useless tethers rather than easy smeasy velcro. Wierd!

I just received my mats today. They definitely do NOT match the carpeting in my car. They are not OEM. I will call them tomorrow.

I've got mine on order.
The people at Suncoast are enthusiasts, they have put together some pretty cool Porsche mods. This 997 looked interesting.
Good looking C2S!

So your mats look OEM - Porsche label and part no.s, etc.

My front mat set appears to be a perfect match for the original mats that came with my 09 C2S with black interior, and the packaging has a Porsche part number on it.

Mine front 2 are perfect match, too. There's even a part number and date of production on the backing of the mats that match the OEM that came with my C2S.

Mine have similar tags but different date of production. It surely seems like they are authentic (as advertised). I have bought a ton of things from Suncoast and have never been disappointed or received something that had been misrepresented.

I have a 2008 Carrera S with black interior that I purchased new ( only 2000 miles). The website indicated years 2005 to 2008. My original mats match the carpeting. These mats seem more plush, thicker but definitely do not match the carpeting in my car.

Actually, the website says for 2005-2010 model years.

thats unfortunate... just odd how black wouldnt match black. i was thinking maybe you bought a used car with natural grey and thought it was black.. they are kinda close.

Strange stuff. Did they come in the packaging with Porsche label and part number?

I have had nothing but excellent service from Suncoast as well.

They do have a part number like in the photo as in a previous post but the ordered mats have a loop weave as opposed to the cut pile in my Carrera. I will call Sun Coast today to see what's up.

UPDATE

I called Suncoast today and learned that there must havd been a change in the carpet material for this run ( or for the 2009/10? MY). I thought they had shipped the wrong mats but this is what is available. So it appears that the mats are from the original equipment manufacturer but are not the original material/design for my car. The mats do not match the carpeting in my 2008S but they will fit and that is 90% of the issue. I will put away my originals and use these until they wear. So, if you are looking for an exact matching replacement, you might want to do some checking before-hand. If you do not car about an exact match but a mat that fits at a good price....this is the place.
